Penghan conducts PMI and characteristics review for all in coming materials Prior to and in the course of machining and processing of critical valve parts, ultra-sonic inspection is conducted. Every individual valve is in-house tested by means of a hydrotest on body and seat followed by a low pressure air test. Additional test such as X-ray, LPE, US etc can be performed upon request. Also performance tests, low or high temperature cycle test in accordance with customers specifications or project standard can be arranged using local laboratories or testing houses. For soft seated ball valves a large range of fire safe certificate is available.
